How to add shipping costs?

To set up your shipping costs (the amount you pay) there are three methods: 

1. Add a shipping cost to each product ordered. This can be done here
2. Add fixed shipping costs based on the country the product was shipped to. This could be based on the number of products or based on each order. This can be done here
3. Add a fixed cost to every order. This can be done here - enter the amount under "[Dashboard Setting] Custom Order Expense"
