How are refunds included in the product analytics report?

The Units Sold count is not reduced by refunded or canceled orders. Refunds are shown separately in the Refund Count and Refund Amount columns.

Canceled or unfulfilled orders can still appear in Product Analytics if they were placed during the selected date range.

If a canceled order was refunded, it should appear in the refund columns.
