How are chargebacks/disputes calculated?

Chargebacks are only included in the Dashbaord and Graph Breakdown reports.


When are they included?

Initially, chargebacks are included on the day they are created.


How are pending/open chargebacks included?

They are included on the day the funds are deducted. These are included as an expense item and decrease overall profit.


What happens if a chargeback is lost?

No change to profit. The chargeback amount is included on the day it was created.


What happens when a chargeback is won?

A won back amount is included in the analytics. This is an offsetting amount included in the chargeback/disputes total. Increasing overall profit.
