Can I add multiple stores (different currencies) in the app?

That can be done with no problem! The best way to do so would be to set a "master currency" for each store so they are both converted into the same final currency so they can be viewed together.

To use Profit Calc with multiple stores, each store would have to have Profit Calc installed. Each store would need its own subscription as each store would need its own setup (e.g. access token, product database, order database, ads login/connections, API access).

To link your multiple stores together, there is a new setting so it can be done using email confirmations automatically. This can be done on this page here.

From there, each store can be selected individually or viewed together under "All Stores" under the Analytics sections.
