New products are not showing in the Manual Cogs?

New products can be manually synced using the "Sync All Products from Shopify" button on this page here. 

Additionally, your new products will be synced into Profit Calc automatically every 24 hours with the Daily Sync setting. This setting can be enabled on this page here.
